COFFEE TABLE WORKOUT

This is an approximately 30 min workout you can do in your living room! (If you don’t have a coffee table a couch or sturdy chair work as well)

 

  • 1min Elevated Burpees
  • 30 sec each side Power Knees
  • 30 sec – 1 min (depends on fitness level) Elevated Pushups
  • 1min Elevated Squat Thrusts
  • 1min V in/out abs
  • 30 sec – 1 min (depends on fitness level) Tricep Dips
  • 1min Elevated Mountain Climbers
  • 30 sec each side Elevated Side Plank

 

Repeat the circuit 3x with a 1 min break between each circuit!

Don’t forget to do a 3-5 min warm up before you start and a cool down once you are finished. Enjoy!

** Make sure that you keep your core tight when in the plank position to help protect your lower back. All exercises are performed at your own risk**
